Segmentation is possible on the basis of, among others: behavioral profile, transactional data, interests (visited subpages) in real time and historically, tags, scoring in the sales funnel, tag scoring, according to data obtained from forms (e.g. age, gender, language) , e-mail address domain, by the type of device and browser used to visit the website, messages sent to the contact (including automatic messages), reactions to received messages, consents granted, including those related to GDPR, activities related to the Facebook widget embedded on the website, time since last purchase, frequency of purchases, value of purchases.
