Possibility of defining e-mail alerts regarding contact behavior on the website or in other communication channels, e.g.
notifications about the behavior of the best contacts
notifications about the activities of key contacts (e.g. visit to
page, click on the link etc.)
notifications of inactivity from certain contacts
notifications about exceeded tag scoring or in the sales funnel
notifications about transaction situations (e.g. cart abandonment, purchase)
